Factory payroll that runs right, every month.

Attendance, overtime, and daily wages go in. Payslips, BPJS, and PPh 21 come out. No numbers retyped from one spreadsheet to another.

A 30-minute demo over Google Meet, using sample data.

Where payroll usually goes wrong

Overtime, daily wages, BPJS, and PPh 21 TER are already calculated.

From clock-in to reports in four steps.

01 Clock in

Attendance comes from the machines you already own.

Upload the export file from Fingerspot or ZKTeco, or let employees clock in from their phone on the factory premises. Clock-in and clock-out times are read per person.

See attendance sources
02 Calculate

Overtime and deductions follow the rules.

Overtime is calculated with tiered multipliers and daily-wage workers are paid per day worked. BPJS, PPh 21 TER, and loan installments are deducted in the same payroll run.

03 Pay

One transfer file, payslips on every phone.

Once the payroll run is closed, payslips are published and a transfer file in BCA, Mandiri, BRI, BNI, or CIMB Niaga format can be downloaded. Test the file with your bank first. Employees open their own payslip and can print it.

04 Report

Twelve reports, ready to download.

Payroll summary, attendance, overtime, PPh 21, BPJS, loans, accounting journal, and cost per department. Eleven of them export to both PDF and Excel.

Attendance data from the machines already on your wall.

No need to replace hardware. Upahin reads the export files your factory has been producing all along.

  • Clock-in from employee phones

Employees clock in from a phone browser while on the factory premises, with no app to install.

Ask about your machine

The rules are already inside the math.

Overtime, BPJS, and PPh 21 are calculated with the same formulas every month. Here is how it runs for one employee.

  • Overtime with tiered multipliers

Overtime hours are multiplied by rates that rise with the hours worked, with different rates for workdays and rest days. You can review the result per employee before payroll is approved.

  • BPJS Kesehatan and Ketenagakerjaan

The employee share and the employer share are calculated separately. The BPJS report breaks down JKN, JHT, JP, JKK, and JKM.

  • PPh 21 TER

Monthly income tax uses the effective average rate, category A, B, or C. The category comes from each employee's PTKP status.

One system, and everyone sees their part.

HR closes payroll, supervisors approve, finance pays, and employees open their own payslips.

Everything you use each month, in one place.

The nine modules below are connected. Attendance data never has to be copied into another sheet to become a payslip.

  • Payroll run

Draft, process, review, approve, pay. Every stage is recorded in the audit log.

  • Attendance

From machine files or employee phones, read per employee per day.

  • Overtime

Requests, approvals, and the multiplier calculation in one flow.

  • Leave

Entitlements, balances, and a team calendar. Requests are approved by supervisors.

  • Daily-wage workers (BHL)

Daily payments with their own payslip and recap, separate from monthly payroll.

  • Employee loans

Loans with installments deducted from payroll each month.

  • Payslips

There are Excel templates for employees, departments, plants, salary components, and regional minimum wages. Fill them in, upload, and check the result before the first payroll run. Past months of salary history cannot be imported yet.

Yes. Overtime is calculated with tiered multipliers, BPJS is calculated per program for both the employee and employer share, and PPh 21 uses TER. You can still review the numbers per employee before payroll is approved.
